I am staying here for the next couple of months off and on. This is awesome hotel and I am having a great experience. Rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable, great view and it has a full service bar and restaurant. I usually stay at a holiday Inn express or similar and this hotel blows it away. The staff... More

After reading all the great reviews, I was very much disappointed. This may be a great place for people attending a conference who have no other choice, but not the best for the casual traveller. The location is far off the highway (although they did provide excellent directions). The room was very large, but also very sparsely furnished. Almost like... More

I stayed at the ICC for a conference. I booked ahead of time with some help from two of the staff members. Both of them were extremely helpful. I checked in late afternoon and the process was straight forward. The same goes for the check out, it was pretty much hassle free. The room was a standard hotel room with... More

We were up in Lowell for my Daughters orientation at Umass Lowell and this seemed like a decent place to stay at least from Tripadvisor. I mean number two ranked hotel out of two? Anyway the value of the place alone is worth it. Rooms were nice with big walls with not much on them. Grounds seem nice in front,... More

I arrived and the lobby was beautiful and the staff was friendly. When I got to my room, the room was clean. However, I went to turn on the bathroom light and noticed cobwebs on the light fixtures. There was a small spider there. After looking around the room, in the corners, and on the lamps, etc. I saw many... More

Enjoyed staying here. It is a bit old, but the rooms are clean and it is very convenient to the attractions in the area. The locks out back are very scenic and my kids enjoyed being out there. We were able to walk to the National Park which is also a must see.

One of the nicest hotels, situated in a very scenic location. I stayed here for an event and everything was so easy. Here are some of the highlights of the overall experience: + Check-in: The front desk staff was very kind and polite. Checking in was a breeze. Although doing the reservation was a bit of a challenge, but check... More

It's perfect to stay in this hotel if you are attending a conference in the building, as it's convenient and the room rate is relatively cheap. Also the location is great, just a few minutes walk to downtown, Bridge St, views of the water, etc. However, there were a few major problems. The room - while super spacious - was... More

I've been coming up to the Lowell area for several years to see one particular client and, for years, stayed at one of the chain hotels. Last year they were all booked so I decided to try the conference center. I don't know what the history here is. Is it part of the UMass dorms? Is it strictly for conferences?... More

Centrally-located with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, the Inn is a good deal, but not a great one. The staff was wonderful, if a bit slow, but the rooms are average. My bed, while quite comfortable, had a real slope to it. The A/C was very good, maintaining the temperature we wanted, the hot water was good... More
