In the middle of a two night stay. Pros: Great location to MIT and BU, right on the river views from river facing rooms are very nice. Front desk check-in manager was very friendly. Food at Zephyr was surprisingly good, and the staff were once again very friendly and professional - Staff seems to be a highpoint of this property... More

Have seen the Hyatt close-up and far away, but just recently had a chance to stay overnite while meeting some friends from out-of-state. the check-in and check-out were seamless, and as a gold passport member it s all automated for you. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The view was spectacular! The Boston skyline is beautiful day... More

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights to visit some museums. The rooms are very clean, beds a little small. I think they must have been doubles! No fridge which you can rent but we didn't. Staff was very helpful, gym was very nice. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it was a nice size!... More

We stayed a week at this hotel and while it was quite far from downtown there was a complimentary shuttle service to Harvard, Galleria, MIT and a drop off point where you could catch the metro. Will stay downtown next time. The staff were excellent and friendly and room service was good. They have a very good buffet breakfast. As... More

Hotel is old, Housekeeping not up to standard. Services is bad Bedding is terrible - a worn brown blanket. Pillows are very small ( not a standard size) Air conditioner is loud. Not worth for the price.

We rented a room to be close to Fenway. Offered shuttle to go to Fenway but not to come back. 1/2 hour walk back. Not bad, we expected that distance. Staff was ok. Not much around hotel however. Room was clean, bathroom a little small. Major complaint however is payong $300 and then being expected to pay for everything! Internet... More

The physical building, room, spa, green space were tasteful and what you would expect from a Hyatt. The location was too far from most sites which required taxi services and ongoing fees. The closest subway station was a 30 minute walk, the closest Catholic Church was a 35 minute walk, and the closest breakfast spot was a 20 minute walk.... More

Hotel has beautiful views of Charles River, Boston. Location is a little isolated, but cabs usually available. The hotel itself is old and badly in need of updating. It is not deserving of a "Regency" moniker from Hyatt - rooms are actually very similar to the Hyatt Place level of accommodations. The breakfast buffet was nice and the hotel rents... More

Just checked out after a three night stay in the Hyatt Regency Cambridge. I was a little unsure about staying on the Cambridge side of the river for a trip to Boston, however, it worked out great. The hotel offered a very convenient shuttle service to key spots in Cambridge such has Harvard, MIT, the Galleria Mall and the stop... More

Have stayed here several times but this was the first visit since the renovation and we loved it. Modern and clean with a good gym and walkable to several of the universities and walkable distance to Boston right over the bridge. The bar is FANTASTIC and complete with the wise cracks of the snarky Bostonian bartender. The view is the... More
