My boyrfriend and I stayed here on a 3 day weekend for 3 nights. We were told to not rent a car in Boston because of traffic and driving was a pain. However, if you stay at this hotel, rent a car. The nearest subway station is a mile away and the buses that run near the hotel are sporadic... more

I booked this hotel thru Hotwire and then read reviews and was scared to stay here! The first room we were given had an extremely noisy a/c. I immediately called the front desk and they switched us to a new room right away with a view of the river, an extremely comfortable king bed and a quiet a/c. The room... more

The room was old, dated, 1/2 inch of dust on AC duct, Smelled like moldy carpt, and cheap air freshener. Like the the hotel was trying to cover up the mold. The worst room I have stayed in to date. 1/8 inch space on slider window so you hear and feel air. Stained carpet. All the doors were chipped and... more

I stayed there for a conference in the hotel during December for 1 week. Location: The hotel was about 25 minutes walk through the snow to the main part of Boston, or about 10 minutes walk through a suburban neighbourhood to Cambridge Central. There was no decent food within 5 minutes walk, other than the high priced hotel food. Cabs... more

We stayed here last week for 3 nights and thought it to be very nice. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. There were some things in the room that could be improved like why only 1 chair? Thought that was strange. I know they are in the process of... more

We got lucky on Priceline and got the room for $80/night. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel really takes advantage of its location. The price gouging was everywhere! We got there on a very rainy night and the hotel's dinner buffet was $40 per person, with a la carte dishes starting at $25. Parking is $35 a... more

I found this hotel through Priceline ($90 bid). It was a 3 star Hyatt hotel, so I was excited once I found out I won! Then I checked TripAdvisor and was scared to death after reading all of the awful reviews. I spent a month worrying about this hotel - worrying over nothing! My companion and I were pleasantly surprised... more

This past spring I stayed here with my 3 yr. old son, a friend, and her 7 yr. old son. We got a great price thru Hotwire.com. If your not familiar with Hotwire you get great prices but you don't know the name or address of the hotel until you book it. But its pretty easy to figure out the... more

First of all, I'm surprised this hotel hasn't been shut down by the health department. If you frequently stay with Hyatt, then your in for a bad day because your about to have your expectations lowered. The reviews are true, this hotel is very, very dirty and we did encounter multiple blood stains on the carpet. The entire structure is... more
