This place was a real disappointment. I saw the Trip Advisor reviews after booking. I often find these reviews are written by malcontents, but these reviews were on the mark. The hotel is being renovated and it is in disrepair. It is very musty. The guests on my floor acted like they have never stayed in a hotel and were... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel as part of a package with the Museum of Science. The hotel was as expected for what we paid. They were undergoing renovations so it was a bit of a mess, but will look great when finished. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.... more

Hotel Tria is located right off a busy round-about and highway, but there are 2 entrances so if you miss the first you can enter through the starbucks lot which connects directly. There is a stripmall located right next door with a whole foods. This hotel has a great location, from the hotel its a five minute walk to the... more

Terrible hotel, terrible staff. We found a dead cockroach in our room, which smelled musty and unclean. Also, they wanted to charge us $12 a night for parking and refused to give us a smoking room. We had to fight to get our money back. We saved money by staying at the Holiday Inn, which was clean and had a... more

We stayed here just for two nights on the start of our around-the-world tour for some months, so it served our purpose for a very brief stop in Boston. With hindsight an extra day or two might have been better to do everything justice. The hotel is located very close to some handy shops, but close to the main road... more

The Best Western Tria in Cambridge, MA has a noticeable odor upon entering the lobby and elevator. Female front desk staff were not personable or pleasant at all. They were not welcoming and acted as if they really could care less if they could be of some help to you, they were not accomodating. Robes in the room were advertised... more

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice pool, a very professional and friendly staff, very good Continental Breakfast. Complimentary shuttle and WiFi. Convenient to Harvard Square and the T. A shopping center with Whole Foods and a movie theater right around the corner. A Starbucks next door. Very inexpensive for the area. A supurb value! more

The hotel is okay, just okay. There are some cleanliness problems: the very small pool needs a good scrubbing and I found a HUGE dead cockroach in my closet. Obviously it had not been vacuumed and obviously there may be a roach issue. The hotel also nickels and dimes you--makes you pay $12 a night for parking when the lot... more

I stayed at this trip for one night on a recent visit to Boston. I selected it based on the recommendation of a friend who lived near by and who said that it had recently been redecorated. First the good news. The Tria is a nice, comfortable and clean hotel. My room was large, the bed was very comfortable and... more

We stayed at the Hotel Tria last night. I had read the previous reviews and was not excited about our stay after hearing of everyone's troubles. The clerks at the check-in were pleasant. Parking was $12 a night, which is not unreasonable for the area. Our room was clean and we heard no noise from outside. The "hand-milled soap" advertised... more
