Nice boutique hotel close to T and Cambridge activities on eastern end of MIT campus. Rooms and halls rather small, but very comfortable. Decor is rather cutesy, but fun. Wait for single elevator tends to be rather long sometimes and is used by staff. Best feature of hotel is the breakfast. Best buffet breakfast we've ever had in hotel. Outstanding!... More

I've stayed in many hotels traveling for business, but this by far is the best. Kendall offers the most unique experience and is a refreshing refrain from the typical chain hotels. Easy internet access, great coffee and breakfast, nice dinner/drinks and real nice staff. Will continue to visit when in Boston area!

I had booked a room and when I arrived the hotel had no record of my booking--despite my printed reservation. I arrived late and I suspect they gave away my room. They then said they had another room and would give me a price just 100 more in total. My bill ended up being $300 more than they said...suspiciously after... More

We stayed for three nights from August 3rd 2014. Our room was large, well equipped and appropriately decorated for an Historic Hotel of the USA. The Hotel was about 30 yards from a subway station and we came via the bus and subway direct from Logan Aiport - a very quick and easy journey. The breakfast in the hotel were... More

We spent five wonderful nights at this hotel. We arrived late and were told that we were being given a great room next to the elevator. I was concerned that it would be distracting, but we never heard any noise of any kind. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of items to choose from. I love Americana style,... More

We stayed here on a Saturday night, we drove up to Boston early on Saturday and the hotel allowed us to park in the garage early. If you are parking in the garage, rexerve ahead of time and bring a smaller vehicle because it is a tight, small garage. You don't need your car for getting around Boston because the... More

Lovely hotel just a walk away from the river, would advice getting a charlie card or equivalent unless you don't mind doing a fair bit of walking but there are train stops right outside the hotel. Rooms were decorated well and very comfortable and clean, upgraded our room easily when we arrived which we couldn't do on the internet. Breakfast... More

This is a decent business hotel located on MIT's campus in Cambridge. The best feature is the room itself - the room I had was quite large for hotel standards and extremely quiet. The second best feature is the breakfast buffet, set up like a B&B, with a great variety of cooked foods (eggs, etc), cold foods (yogurt), coffee and... More

This is my favorite hotel. I stay here every time I am here on business and I have been here throughout all seasons. Location is easy to get around. Plenty of eating establishments in walking distance. Old world charm is appealing and very comfortable. Intimate eating with a suitable bar. Come for the atmosphere!

Arrived very early after disembarkation from cruise ship. Front desk took our luggage and held it for us until late that evening when we actually checked in. Room was lovely and happened to be next to the roof top area with a computer and lounge area. Had a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and the food was good. It... More
