I spent two nights there midweek in the smaller Madeline room, which was perfectly fine for one person, and I appreciated the private bath. Breakfasts were good, no special fancy dishes like some places have but as I was dining out for all other meals, it was good to have granola and fruit and some lovely cranberry lemon pound cake.... This was a good start to our touring holiday of New England & ideally situated for discovering Boston. Our room was comfortable & spacious although there was no en-suite. Breakfasts were really good & made more enjoyable by chatting with the other guests. The owner was very helpful & shared his experiences of renovating the house.

I strongly recommend this B&B for the position, close to the T-Line (red Line) station and good for visiting Boston, for the accomodation, clean and peacefull, and for the kindness of the owner, Erik, that delights each guest with a fantastic breakfast (what a omelettes!). Moreover a good choice in terms of Quality/Price.
