Stayed for one night on a trip to the Smokies. Check-in was held up just a bit because it was a comped night, and I didn't have the proper document. Called Hampton from the desk and had it faxed. No problem. Manager at the desk was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a microwave and mini-fridge.... more

Stayed there for business and pleasure. Not disappointed. Rooms were nice. Comfy mattresses and pillows. Quiet rooms. Had problem with the air cooling properly but temp was manageable.
