Great little hotel with the lowest rates in Springfield. Very clean rooms with a friendly staff who even make a courtesy call to each room to make sure your happy with it and check to see if you need anything. I think this hotel was great for the money. We stay in a lot of $50 a night places and this was one of the best. The room was very clean. It was cheap!! $57.99 for our room and we got a free continental breakfast. The staff was really nice and we even had free wi-fi internet. The building looks old on the outside, but inside looks nice, clean, and much newer! I will look for Pear Trees whenever I travel. more

I travel through Springfield often and have always wondered what the catch was when they lit their $39.95 sign. After staying 1 night, I found out.
