Our second night driving Route 66 found us at another Comfort Inn in Springfield, IL, where again we found a very clean, spacious, comfortable room with friendly staff. I have stayed in lots of hotels. The Comfort Inn is the absolute very best I have ever stayed in. I have severe back pain and usually I wake up super stiff from hotel beds. Not Comfort Inn !! They have the softest and most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a hotel!!!!! More

I always liked Comfort Inn and this one really disappointed me. Room smelled bad, tile on the bathroom floor was out, bed was not even. felt old and not taken care of. Its is definitely not worth the money and there are plenty of good hotels in the area that are better for the same price. More
