Spent two nights at the Crown Plaza in July. Check in was easy, staff very pleasant. Room located on the 7th floor. The room was clean. Temperature control worked well. We spent one night here while passing through Springfield. The hotel is large and the common areas are well maintained. The Crowne Plaza is a decent hotel, and overall I was pleased with my stay there. I have stayed at this hotel several times, the most recent in April of 2009.
