Stained bed sheets. Hair all over the bathroom. Bad smell. Dirty cleaning rag was left in the room. I think the employees half cleaned the room then decided it was lunch time and just left. I will never stay here again.

I didn't make a reservation, but no problem getting a room. Nice, clean, big bed, a tv and a shower. That is all I needed. Pleasant desk staff. All in all, a good experience. I also checked out around 4 am and fresh coffee was made for me.

Great night sleep for the price. Bed was so comfortable. A true redneck get away. If your looking for a inexpensive place to rest your head. This is it in springfield. Very clean. And Bhavin was great to talk to. Thank you. See ya next time we rock springfield

While the room was updated and clean, the neighborhood is very sketchy. I booked this for business. Employees would take turns using the room. The ladies were not comfortable with the area. The staff was helpful and made the stay pleasurable.

Not one of the completely upgraded RRI's, but good value nonetheless. It was quiet and pet-friendly. Older model television was large and had a wide selection of channels. We found a bit of trash behind the nightstand, and a couple towels had some unknown stuff stuck to it, although housekeeping was a bit overzealous in waking us a few hours... More

I was so amazed at Red Roof Inn in Springfield, Illinois almost 2 weeks ago that I didn't want to leave; hats off to Bhavin, Patrick, and their staff for outdoing themselves on their remodeled rooms. I had all the "room" I needed to get some work done and relax, which is hard for someone as high-strung as myself to... More

I've stayed at this Red Roof several times, usually for the Springfield Mile motorcycle races. It's really hard to beat this place for the price… I've usually paid $40-$50 a night. Seems like nearly every other place in Springfield starts at $100 a night. It's not a fancy place by any means but the rooms have always been acceptably clean... More

Why does this place have surveillance CAMERAS if no one watches them? Attacked before getting out of vehicle, held at gunpoint, robbed of wallet, keys, cell phone, safety glasses. They broke cheek bone with the gun and blackened eyes. NO ONE was watching cameras...crawled into lobby to get help...THEN CLERK saw blood and called 911. 8 cops came and one... More

I was in a hurry to book a room and did not read all of the reviews when I booked this. When we arrived, we went ahead and stayed only because we knew it was a one night stay and just a place to lay our head before the rest of our trip. As you pull in you notice the... More

The affable desk clerk was friendly and was quick to replace our defective remote but it was just too much to overcome! Where to begin-- I'll be succint: Unsafe, Unsavory fee in a remote location-- sketchy characters in the parking lot and lobby, balcony area wreeked of smoke (tobacco and otherwise!) Hotel in a terrible state of disrepair--most doors need... More
