Stayed for two nights, and I would definitely stay there again. Clean room (it looked like it had been painted fairly recently), friendly desk staff. The bed wasn't fantastic, but comfortable enough. Motel 6 Springfield IL is a nice clean hotel. Great value for the money. Safe area with a nice outdoor pool, clean rooms, great location. Not far from downtown and the fair grounds. Very nice check in, employees are freindly. The night manager was a bit rude, only allowing me to take one pillow instead of two. Very rude gentleman. more

Did a day trip from Chicago to St. Louis to do some sight seeing and catch a St. Louis Blues game, but the game would end at 10PM, so I'd get back to Chicago pretty late. My daughter and I have stayed at Motel 6 Springfield approximately 40 times in the last 3 years and have found it to be exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff from the front desk to the room maids and laundry help have been the friendliest I have found anywhere. The whole crew is the BEST! Thanks, Wanda and Pat more

I'm a frequent business traveler to Springfield, Illinois and I've stayed at most of the hotels/motels in town. I always return to this Motel 6. The rooms are clean and the facility is less than 8 years old. Amenities are very basic, but this is more than offset by the price, value, quality, safety and convenient location of the motel.... more

I was in Springfield visiting family in hospital. Hotels in Springfield area are pricey. Husband back home researched local hotels and came across Motel 6. I just wanted someplace to shower and get a safe good nights rest. He booked it on line for a GREAT rate. Interior corridor is a must!!! Three floors and has elevator and outdoor pool.... more
