Mattress on the king size bed was so hard that we both awoke multiple times throughout the night with severe stiffness in back. Very poor night's sleep. Worse mattress I have ever encountered. The Baymont Inn in Springfield was absolutly great! We stayed there and was absolutly blown away at the great service and the room!!! The personnel that worked there was friendly and there is Cracker Barrell right next to it! They have a great continental breakfast and it was a very quiet hotel...much more so than the Radisson we stayed in... more

Stayed here for only one night for a local graduation. My family booked 4 rooms and all 4 rooms had a very bad odor to them. This is a smoke free hotel but smoke would have improved the smell of this place. The decor is of the 80"s everything is worn out. Towels were thin and sheets were thread bare.... more
