This hotel is a perfect place to stay for visiting Springfield. Not a lot of amenities but the free shuttle to anywhere in the city makes up for minor shortcomings. Staff was wonderful! Free tickets to Lincoln museum. Shuttled us to sites, picked us up, shuttled us to dinner & picked us up...all for $100/night. Room was clean and quite.

I stayed at hotel on Wednesday the 24th of April and was very impressed with hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. I had a problem with TV and the staff was there immediately to fix the problem.

The staff was friendly. The location was great for visiting downtown Springfield. If you are looking for a hotel with out a lot of the extras i.e. pool, dining, this is a great place to stay. This hotel is very close to St. John's hospital. It was clean and comfortable, and my room was more than adequate for the price. The breakfast in the morning did not have very many options and could have been improved.

We booked the Lincoln package, what a great deal! Hotel is clean and comfortable. No complaints. We stopped here on our way to Branson, MO and took in some of the historical sites. We decided to stay downtown close to these sites, vs. along the highway.

Very clean and good customer service. Second time staying here due to visiting family in St. John Hospital. They give an excellent discount for guests of hospital patients. Highly recommended if you are visiting Springfield. It is conveniently located within walking distance of St. John's Hospital, the Old State Capitol and the Lincoln Museum/Library.
