The gardens are really magnificent, bougainvilliers and tropical plants all over the place, hammocks, a beach 100 metres away. But the food is awful, and takes away so much from this wonderful nook. To top it all, my daughter lost 10 DS games in her room and they could not be found, and we left without them. Eat at Mike's... More

Beautiful hotel. Palm trees, amazing flowers all around - like something out of a dream or romantic novel. Perfect location right in the middle of Sissi. Staff all very friendly, arrived at about 1am and wasn't a problem. The late night receptionist was really welcoming and he made us feel relaxed after a stressful journey! The food is...varied. We had... More

This hotel was beautiful. There were palm trees everywhere and beautiful flowers growing all across the decking around the hotel - so picturesque. The rooms were clean and were very basic which is typical of a hotel or apartment in Greece anyway from several past experiences. And the cleaners came in every day which was a bonus. My only criticism... More

We were given our favorite room again by Pela . Arrived a 1am so a quick walk round to Stam Stam and then Hemmingways to relax and have a drink before settling in for a great nights sleep. After a great breakfast of fruit , yogurt & honey fresh coffee followed by sausages , eggs and home made bread then... More

Just returned from a 2 week stay at the Palm Bay Hotel. It is an old hotel but in a beautiful setting. The hotel grounds are picturesque with palm trees, flowers and breakfast overlooking the bay and the sea. The rooms are basic but adequate. Cleaned every day so couldn't fault the cleanliness. Excellent location in Sissi with the beach... More

Just come back from a really lovely holiday at Palm Bay in Sisi. The gardens are just stunning and it is very quaint. The staff are so friendly and so helpful. They were chatty but as it is a family run hotel children wonder around and the baby was often in the bar. It was delightful. The swings that are... More

First time to Crete.. NOT THE LAST..The hotel is among the best I've ever stayed at. Room excellent, very clean and comfortable, setting first class, surrounded by bright red climbing bushes, geranium full planters and brightly painted walls and balustrades, the swing seats are a must, pool area surrounded by Palm trees and more the enough sun-loungers. Staff very attentive... More

Good points - very very pretty setting, no matter how many times you leave and enter the apartments, you will be stunned by how pretty the set up is.
