We arrived at the Castello after a nightmare almost four hour transfer by Avro/Resort Hoppa. We had to wait over an hour for the Coach to fill up. I would recommend using a Taxi transfer instead and wish we had! (Don't know if this is the norm or it was just a bad night.) We had booked a two bedroomed... More

The hotel is in a small fishing village, not in a crowded tourist centre. I would not say that it is a 4 star hotel, but it was perfect for us. The staff is always smiling and helpful. First we got a room with view to the street, but when I asked if there was another with sea-view they readily... More

The people who work in this hotel are definitely the best asset. Such hospitality amd kindness is hard to find. They make you feel as if it was one big family you're staying with. I don't want to comment on the rooms because it was all satisfactory and ok. The location is superb if you want a quiet place. Special... More

We took a family vacation to this resort in May 2014 and could not have asked for much more. Room service was great. Breakfast was great. Staff (cooks, managers, bartenders etc.) were very friendly. Great location. The view from our room was very refreshing. Wifi was available in the lobby/office area. Would definitely request an ocean view room. Beds were... More

A lovely resort, ideal for couples or families. Stayed in a one bed apartment over 2 floors with sofa & small kitchen area downstairs and bedroom with bathroom and balcony upstairs. Room cleaned daily. Hotel staff very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. You can use the gym across the road in the 5 star boutique.... More

We were at Castello Village Hotel April 2014. The room we first got was tiny and have had twin beds (instead of double) - We asked for a different room and got a better one - two floors, the ground has a small couch and a kitchen - and the upper floor was out bed with a bathroom and balcony....
