The enjoyment of my first visit to Crete was enhanced by my stay in this hotel, in particular, the staff were always very helpful and friendly. The good selection of food on offer was always well prepared and often beautifully presented and being a vegetarian was no problem for me.

stayed here with the family, well looked after by all the staff especially the hotel manager Mr Georgeous and the head barman. good rooms overlooking the pool. but lacked good air con. Food was fine and plenty of it. breakfast is always busy. The BBQ night is always worth the money.

It is hard to give a one off rating to this hotel because it is very mixed, so this will be a long review pointing out the pros and cons. 1) General pluses: the hotel is large, well located, clean and beautifully landscaped. They are two pools and a variety of nice spaces to hang out in, including a sun... More

I'll start by saying that the weather was gorgeous during our stay which always makes you feel quite positive. We had a one bedroomed apartment, the beds were very clean and comfortable and the whole apartment was cleaned every day. The shower cabinet was a little small but there was plenty of good hot water and the pressure was good... More

I paid £25 a night B&B for a one bedroomed apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. I didn't expect luxury for that price and I felt it was pretty good value. The breakfast was a bit variable in quality but there was always something to eat and the one evening I ate there, the BBQ,... More

An extremely cheap hotel, we even had to buy pool towels! Don't let the hotel rating to mislead you, at best it's a 3 star hotel. Still, most of the staff was nice, and the hotel bar has reasonable prices.

Very nice staff.. The food was below average. Wanted extra money for water at the dinning room! Couldn't use the hotel towel in the pool. The safe costs 3$ a day! Even tough, good environment and great prices at the bar in happy hours ;)

We had our vacation in Castello Village hotel during the period Sept 14-28, the weather was sunny, sometimes even hot like in summer (daily temp is around +30C, water temp +21C). Only the last 2 days were extremely rainy and cold - around +18C. Food was very delicious and diversified, to meet every single appetite. The other plus is always... More
