nice located hotel, in Siegburg center underneath the old monastery. The breakfast is very good and diverse, the food in the restaurant very tasty. Rooms are large and well equipped but not new anymore. Also the upper level bar is a nice place to be. The sauna is small but a nice to have (difficult to find, though).

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Kranz Parkhotel for three nights. We were there for my business, after traveling Europe on a Viking River Cruise for 8 days. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! They had a wonderful breakfast buffet. It was a great location close to the train... More

This hotel is well appointed, with friendly and helpful staff. To may way of thinking, it is overpriced. The rooms are clean and utilitarian. Rooms at the back of the hotel get the mornings sun and become very hot over the day. The air conditioning did not seem to be effective and the window swung closed so outdoor airflow was... More

This is a very good city hotel that provides service for value. I was here for a workshop and was impressed with the meeting facilities and attention by the hotel staff. 5-10 minute walk to the train station, easy to travel to Cologne (about 20 mins) as well as Bonn and the airport. Siegburg is a quieter town, but with... More

I stayed here for one week, during a professional meeting. Because it is really close to downtown, the hotel is at walking distance to the train station (5-10 min walk) and all shops and main attractions (downtown, Abtei, parks). Also, with my reservation I received a complimentary local transportation pass, that I could use to get free rides to Koeln... More

We love this hotel and keep returning every couple of years. It is a privately owned and run hotel and that warmth makes the difference from a corporate hotel. Perfectly located from the town centre, hill top abbey, has a convenient underground car park, rooftop cocktail bar and delicious gourmet restaurant. Did not have time to try the Gym and... More

At only a few minutes walk to an S-Bahn station, you can be at the Messe in about 30 minutes from this hotel. Lots of eating places, shops and history within moments walk. Spent two nights here recently, in room 135, a single room facing the town centre street. Room was large enough, with an arm chair and ottoman, desk... More

Wi if connection free not available (unbelievable!!!!). Welcome Gadget didn't find. Breakfast is quite good but space it's little bit compress. Bill it's for 4 stars but let me say for... More

We booked several rooms at the Kranz Parkhotel for our party of six. We had to attend an event in nearby Sankt Augustin and wanted a nice place to stay at not too far away from the venue. We preferred Siegburg to Troisdorf and the choice proved surprisingly good. The welcome at the hotel was great. I already had a... More

Of course when certain things happen they really colour your stay! I had two unfortunate incidents. 1) the heating did not work in the room - the staff were really kind and helpful and said the problem was that they were not expecting it to be so cold and it takes a long time for the hotel to warm up...
