Checked into the Omaha doubletree for a two night stay over the past weekend. That night the room was warm so called front desk, Maintance shows up and explains that the system works off a bolier and that it goes off at night. No way to fix the problem. Next we have a small kitchen in the unit. No plates... more

We booked through Priceline and got a great price on this room. The accommodations exceeded our expectations based on the price. We were greeted with a warm smile and a cookie. The suite was very spacious and had a large fridge and microwave. Best room we've had in years! more

Very easy to check in. We did have some problems with the room. Found trash under the beds. The micro-wave didnt work. We only had 2 sets of towels for 6 people. All of this was fixed within minutes of us telling the front desk. They even took 10 bucks off of each night and comped us a breakfast. The... more

I stayed here for my 2nd week in Omaha. I spent my first week at the Embassy Suites downtown. While the Embassy Suites was in a much better location in terms of restaurants and nightlife, the Doubletree hotel itself is nicer. Both the Doubletree and Embassy Suites offer 2 room suites. The size of the suites are about the same... more

You may think you are getting a good deal but the hotel charges for internet $10 and breakfast $10. Even laundry is $0.75 more expensive than the Hampton Inn but they give you free washing powder so you think you are getting a good deal. By the time you walk out the door, you paid about $130 a night. Nevertheless... more

The hotel staff provided great service, and the rooms were all well-updated and good size. The central Omaha location is nice. You're away from some of the downtown bustle, but still a short drive to practically anything. The pool was not in service (something noted by other reviewers) on Saturday morning, which didn't affect us, but I'm sure bothered others.... more

Stayed 2 nights at the Omaha Doubletree Guest Suites during the week of 7/20 to go to the zoo and celebrate our daughters bday. Greeted promptly at checkin and given our cookies. Room was clean w/ regular size refridgerator, microwave, and Wolfgang Puck coffee products. We have stayed here before so we knew that the balcony is connected all the... more

Pro's: Good service, friendly. Big, bright rooms. Good value for the money. Easy access to a lot of things. Cons: Very small bathroom. They only give 2 bath towels (we had a group of 5) Should have morning free breakfast. (It looks free and has the quality of free, but is not) I really enjoyed this hotel. We booked it... more

This hotel was a great value BUT: The pictures make it look far nicer than it is. It is very warm in the hotel and we could not get the room cool enough either. The first morning my son was looking for his daughters toy and put his hand under the couch, all he came up with was dog feces.... more
