Very easy to check in. We did have some problems with the room. Found trash under the beds. The micro-wave didnt work. We only had 2 sets of towels for 6 people. You may think you are getting a good deal but the hotel charges for internet $10 and breakfast $10. Even laundry is $0.75 more expensive than the Hampton Inn but they give you free washing powder so you think you are getting a good deal. The hotel staff provided great service, and the rooms were all well-updated and good size. The central Omaha location is nice. You're away from some of the downtown bustle, but still a short drive to practically anything. The pool was not in service (something noted by other reviewers) on Saturday morning, which didn't affect us, but I'm sure bothered others.... more
