The front desk is understaffed and the whole crew seem to be inexperienced twenty-somethings. Air-conditioning cannot be set below 67 (unlike some hotels, where it can be set at low as 50!) and seems to turn itself off and needs to be resest. Very nice, updated rooms in an historic buiding close to Old Market and just minutes from the airport via Magnolia's luxury hybrid SUVs! Great breakfast and manager's reception every night in the lounge. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with easy access to all the Omaha has to offer. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is definitely a step above your normal chain hotel. If you are looking for a fun relaxing getaway - this is the place to do it.

The Magnolia was the perfect choice for our stay in Omaha. Everyone and everything fit or needs. It was walk to the Old Market where we found great food and street entertainers. The conference room was clean and comfortable and the staff was available throughout the day as needed. I was overall very pleased and would stay again.

This hotel was very nice. Its has interesting decorations and details inside. The cookies and milk at night are fun. Our room was very nice. We were very comfortable and slept well. The service was great. Not the most unique place we've stayed, but it was very nice. Great location though! In walking distance of all old town attractions!

We stayed at the Magnolia for a wedding and was very impressed with the service as well as location and attention to detail. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the Old Market Area of Omaha! They went above and beyond all expectations!
