So. I will provide the facts. You make your own conclusions. 1) When we arrived there were several "young men" milling about with their pants around their thighs. They were also smoking Swisher Sweets (hint) 2) I had rented two rooms; however, only one was ready. This was at 9 p.m. Two folks with strong body odor hastily "cleaned" a... More

The place is filthy, dirty carpets in the halls and stairs. Rooms are as clean as the housekeepers can make them, but the furniture is chipped, curtains are falling off the windows, the bathrooms desperately need updating. I had a no smoking room but the vanity top had a cigarette burn in it. I guess some can't shower without smoking.... More

Stayed here last weekend. Big mistake. Had rented 2 rooms in advance, so couldn't afford to cancel after getting there. Hallways were nasty and had trash everywhere. One room smelled like smoke so bad it had to be aired out, that room also had burn marks on the blankets and all over every other surface. The other room plainly should... More

We got to the hotel, people were wasted, running all around the halls, one of the families we came with found two cockroaches in their room! The front desk took FOREVER to give us our keys! DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILIES!!!!! It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at!!!!!!!!

When I checked into the room, I did not find towels, phone, coffee maker and many more things they said will be there. I took the manager to the room and showed him the conditions. He said "If you are not happy, you can leave and I will refund". I convinced him that things don't work that way. I made... More

Renovations underway, but that was not the problem! Cat urine in the second floor landing. Lobby reeked of cigarrett smoke, but was fairly clean. Reserved non-smoking room which was available. Room only had one wash cloth and towel for double occupancy, smoke detector was missing and wires hanging out of bracket, A/C unit did not have control knobs (appeared to... More

Like the headline says, not too horrible - but certainly nothing that impressed me about the place. It seems to be in a less desirable part of town - and could hear yelling and crying from a nearby room - only time felt really safe was when in the room. Pretty quiet except for trash removal early in the am.... More

Looked for a place that would be inexpensive and near the zoo and market. The rooms were tidy. The tub did clog, but they were happy to fix it. The rooms were quiet, and comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Hallways smelled of smoke, but I expected it considering they had smoking rooms available. One thing I enjoyed were the available covered... More

Lets just say that the place was pretty run down and way overpriced for the quality of the property and service. The desk clerk was asleep when I arrived to check in. There was mold in the bathroom, laminate was peeling off the bathroom door, no remote control. I think that the best way to describe the place is the... More

Desk clerks weren't friendly at all or seem to care much about their customers., breakfast hours were 6a.m. - 9:30 But there was no breakfast room open until 7:45 a.m. Tried to get clean towels, but maid staff weren't able to understand what I were asking for. noticed many young girls coming and going out of rooms with different gentlemen,...
