We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and service was good. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed our weekend stay, more

Stayed at this hotel twice recently. I remember when the hotel was a Red Lion Inn about 15 or 20 years ago. The hotel is a 3 star property that falls short in several areas and doesnt deserve the Double Tree name. What I find most intriguing to me is that the two stays were completely different. After reading the... more

Room is ok, but the fitness room was very limited for a hotel of this size, and was not well serviced. The one reclining bike was broken as the resistance level could not be changed. The towels were used up so guests could not wipe down the equipment (I went back to the room and brought one from there). The... more

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend Nebraska football trip. I was not impressed! The hotel looked old and dated, parking is a joke you have to pay $7 a day even on the weekends when no one is parking there. The pool was small and on the fourth floor and the deck was terrible. Don’t stay here... more

Stayed here on a drive from Chicago back to Colorado. Location isn't bad, it's pretty central in downtown. Checked in on a Sunday night and was disappointed to see only one clerk with a line of 8 people waiting to check in. Clerk handled himself well considering the pressure he was under. They really need more staff though. Stayed on... more

We got our room online and I was excited to get a good deal as it is in general a pricy hotel and it had a swimming pool which was a plus (it was almost 100 deg that day). We arrived and parking is wierd but cheap at seven dollars a day but the parking ramp was a trash pit... more

We booked a block of rooms for our wedding in August 2008 due to the great location of the hotel. Throughout our stay, I heard reports from many of our guests that the staff members were extremely rude and unfriendly. In fact, we experienced some of their poor customer service ourselves. Several times when we called for a shuttle no... more

As a diamond member of the Hilton family, I have spent a lot of nights in Hilton brand hotels. However, this is one hotel I will skip in the future. I was assigned one of the remodeled rooms yet my tub did not drain, the shower did not work properly, and the toilet paper roll was torn off the wall.... more

Dear Valued Diamond Member, I really appreciate your taking the time to share your disappointment with your recent stay. I want to personally apologize for the overall bathroom condition, AC and being double charged for parking. Obviously not of the high standards we expect. We want our guests to have the best stay possible where everything is like new, in-...

Htis was a very nice place to stay on our business trip, clean comfortable and close to the Qwest center where our conference was held. The only thing that I felt was lacking was the pool area, it was not very well designed and seemed to be an afterthought to the rest of the hotel. Other than that, the beds... more

I stayed at this hotel for a conference in early may. Although I would likely agree with some of the other reviews in terms of the hotel not offering any innovative decor, I have to say that I found it to be somewhat elegant. My room was clean and the turndown service was provided every day. The location is the... more
