We really enjoyed this hotel. We just stayed the night and will probably return if we visit Omaha again. Room was awesome with refrigerator. Very clean. Bath and Body works products. Staff extremely nice. Only negative was that the door didn't lock (we didn't realize until the next morning when getting ice) and tried to call the front desk and... more

I am staying in your hotel at this time, this is my first business trip and I was a little nervous at first about the entire thing. I have traveled extensively for pleasure, as I "do" travel for a living for American Express Business Travel. I have never had such consistently wonderful service in any hotel I have ever stayed... more

We stayed here with our daughter's gymnastics team TWICE and had a wonderful time. The pool is fantastic, actually big enough for a crowd. The breakfast was very good, with plenty to choose from, not just cereal and donuts. In response to another reviewer: who cares what kind of plate you use? The lobby was very comfortable and spacious. The... more

The staff was about as bad as you can get. What's worse, their General Manager wasn't even better. Our room wasn't very cleanly and I went down to ask for a room change. The front desk agent was texting. I sure felt like I was a bother asking for a room change. Instead of apologizing for the status of the... more

We apologize for "HappyMan1's" issue with the roomand his stay. We do not have records of this issue after three mounts; however, if HappyMan1 would contact the property we would be more than happy to address and correct the issue. R. Green G.M.

The staff at this hotel are super everyone is very friendly and helpful. This was the first time in a long time we had not stayed at a "known hotel" Everything on their web page was very accurate. The breakfast was outstanding, no matter if you went their early or almost at the end it was well supplied and attractive.... more

I used to live in Omaha so I remember this place when it was a Best Western many years ago. It was once a nice place but then it slipped into shabby and run down and tacky. For you who long for the old days of Omaha, you'll be happy to know they're still alive and well in the form... more

"ChellePV's comments regarding my spelling/grammar on previous reviews enforces the idea that I should review the typing prior to hitting the submit button. In addition, I think the reviewers comments regarding other guest speaks volumes about this reviewer and no further comment is warranted. R. Green GM

Don't be fooled. This is an older property and once you get passed the lobby you will know why. The room size is good but the beds are the worse. They are extremely old and uncomfortable. Our bed was so bad we asked for another room. We were accommodated with a slightly better room with a slightly better bed. The... more

In respnse to JoeyJoJo's comment on the beds, Ever bed in the hotel is less than two years old and the are built in pillow top matteress beds retailing in excess of 1,600 each. I realize bed is very personnal and the opinion is subjective. We have placed instructions in each room regarding operation of the safes for future customers....

I was booked at this hotel through work. As noted by other posters, it is kind of out in the middle of nowhere. No easy place to walk for a meal if you want to get out of the hotel. However, they do have a shuttle that will take you in a five-mile radius. My room was large with a... more

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in May for work. The location was close to where I needed to be, but FAR FAR away from everything else. There are no grocery stores, restaurants, etc. nearby. It's pretty much out in the middle of nowhere. That said, the hotel offers a free shuttle within a 5 mile radius, and... more

In May 2008, I stayed two nights at this hotel. I was in Omaha for work. While the location of this hotel was very close to where I needed to be, in the future I will choose another hotel. I was very disappointed with this hotel. On a positive note, the staff was very polite. However, when I asked a... more

We apologize for the manner in which a room number was called out in public, this never should have happened and additional training will be provided. Regarding the hot breakfast buffet, we have a full comletment of jams and jellies in addition to eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit, ceral yogurt, danish, etc. We apologize. We would have gladly assited this customer...
