Upon arrival you will be impressed by the portico with its rough cut rock pillars, wood and copper trim. It's all downhill from there as it goes for physical product, though it is kept up, it's dated and a little hokey with a "Bear" theme. Hallways go on forever with 144 rooms and only two floors you might have a... More

Service was very friendly. Great indoor pool. Excellent breakfast buffet. There were a couple of wedding parties the weekend we stayed. Our room was by one of the back entrances, and the drunks were noisy coming in around 2:30am. Otherwise a great value.

Room smelled musty and moldy making us feeling sticky, gross and wanting to shower the second we left hotel. Our clothes that were put away in our suite cases even picked up the nasty stench. We had to rewash everything just to get rid of smell. On top of the smell the TVs are old and hotel is very outdated.... More

We opened the sofa bed and it looked more like a hammock than a bed. The elevator smells like someone grew up in it. And the sheets have holes in them. The jet tub in the suite keeps turning itself on. I could go on but the maintenance guy was nice...

We rolled in at about 11:00 pm after a very long travel day, and things went a bit wonky. First of all, we were given a disabled-accessible room (which we are not) which was not that great. The shower is basically open to the bathroom, and there was a shower stool taking up most of the floor space. On top... More

I am from Florida so I thought it was hilarious to see an indoor heated swimming pool, but the other customers loved it! The sauna was slow to heat and there were no employees around to police it to keep the little kids from running in and out or just standing with the door open. The hot breakfast is really... More

We were so inpressed by this hotel. It had a nice pool, great breakfast. They price matched a price we foun online. Incredible value for price. My daughter loved the bear themed. It was beautiful in front with the pond and flowers. Comfy beds and friendly staff.

This hotel was pretty average. It's stuck in the middle of nowhere; we had to drive quite a bit to get anyplace, including anyplace to eat. The room was clean, and the housekeepers were awesome, managing to service our room even though we frequently didn't leave it til mid afternoon. The air conditioning unit was very noisy, and it was... More

When we arrived at the lodge we noticed how spacious the check-in area was and that the lounge was near and looked inviting. We went to our room and it was and excellent experience of comfort and quiet. There was a door out the back of the room to a private patio to relax and take in the sun. The... More
