I grew up in Omaha. And I come back to see family and friends. It has been hugely difficult over the years to find a reasonably priced hotel with great service. So many of the hotels seem to be staffed by incompetent, poorly trained, folks, who seem more interested in getting to the cigarette break than helping out a guest.... more

Newer rooms, not sure if hotel is new or if rooms have recently been remodeled, but it was very contemporary and tastefully done. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Wouldn't expect anything less from a HIE but I have experienced some. I would stay here again. more
