“Great Front Desk Personnel”

Reviewed May 15, 2013 NEW

We had a problem with our reservation and Alicia at the front desk really went out of her way to fix the problem. The location was perfect for visiting friends in West Omaha and the cinnamon rolls are fabulous. I would highly recommend this hotel for service and location.

“One of the Best Holiday Inn Stays EVER!!”

I really try to stay at onf the IHG Chains when I travel and have since 2006. This is by far one of the best stays I've experienced. I was upgraded to a suite. Room was very clean. HD TV!!! “Good business stay”

I have stayed here in the past but not since the renovation has been finished. Turned out great. the remodel makes the hotel seem much more modern. Friendly check in, very clean rooms. The usual fare for hot holiday express breakfasts.

It appears you were able to enjoy many of our amenities while you were at the hotel. We also offer free passes to LifeTime fitness Center located a few blocks from the hotel. This is the best place to stay in Omaha, I love the Holiday Inn staff at all Holiday Inn locations, they are very accomodating and friendly. I was sick on my trip and they did everything possible to accomodate my needs... should be back in March.. awesome trip each time
