The amenities and services are above most in the area. Services include shuttle service. Very clean and modern rooms. The hotel bar and restaurant is beautiful. Location is perfect. It is within walking distance to all the Old Market favorites. I also love the showers.

The downtown Hilton always does a great job. Stay'd on the 8th floor, used the executive lounge after check-in and breakfast in the AM. Room was very comfortable, internet worked great, wonderful bathroom toiletries.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Omaha and the hotel was beautiful. Upon arrival and check in, there was a glitch with my reservation and the front desk staff was less than helpful, bordering on rude. When I got to my room and discovered that free internet was not included as per my room rate, I was infuriated! REALLY?!?! Get... More

Recent 2 night stay at Omaha Hilton. Negatives: A little more than typical hotel hallway noise - carried right into the room. I heard no street noise. Parking garage a bit confusing / One exit blocked / we had trouble exiting; valet had to help. Positives: Lobby/common areas very nice. Spacious. The room was fine - Peter Thomas Roth amenities... Spent a weekend here. The room was very clean, appeared to be recently updated and the bed was very comfy, which is what you expect out of a Hilton. What I did not expect was how loud the rooms were. We could clearly hear our neighbors talking and hear people talking as they walked past in the hallway. Thankfully it... More

Comfortable room. The bed pillows are a little to fluffy for my taste which led to an uncomfortable sleep every night. I stayed on the executive floor. Ask for a room facing the ballpark otherwise you will end up with a crappy view of a highway. The executive lounge was NOT WORTH IT. The lounge served cashews, goldfish fingers and... More

Got into the hotel at 2 but check in wasn't until 3 and the room wasn't ready until 5. Normally not a huge deal but I had meetings starting at 3:30 and I couldn't get back until much later. I had to keep some personal belongings with me and it made for cumbersome traveling. When I checked in, the front... More

Very warm and comfortable room. Enjoyable bar. great location. Staff was very helpful. Only issue was the bathtube drained slowly when I took a shower and the exit to the parking was confusing. Because the room was in a Wedding Block the price was extremely reasonable, however I would not likely book this hotel at its normal rate even though... More

I recently stayed at the Omaha Hilton for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised by the lobby area and comfort of the rooms. My satisfaction with the hotel quickly ended, however, with a poor experience with the hotel gym. I knew I would want to work out during my trip to Omaha so prior to traveling looked at the hotel... Of all the Hilton brand Executive Lounges that I have visited in the last three years with the exception of the Conrad Hong Kong,,I give the highest rating to Omaha Hilton for their decor, food, and exceptional concierge service. I rate the others as follows: Hilton Anatole - Very good Hilton Phoenix Airport - Very good Hilton Park Cities -... More
