Completely disgusting! Carpet was filthy. Very strange odor in the room. Coffe pot not cleaned from last guest. Shower curtain dirty. Found BEDBUGS in our bed...checked out in the middle of the night! Gentleman at desk apologetic...wanted to give us a different room....yeah, right! Did refund our money. Called 1-800#...seemed to be very unconcerned! This hotel should be shut down! more

We had stayed there because of a recommendation of a friend from 2006. The friend stayed with us and said that the hotel had really gone down hill in a year. Rooms were dirty, spider webs from the lamps, paper plate behind my night stand and our nonsmoking room smelled funny because it must have previously been a smoking room.... more

Room was rather dirty, and not much better on the second day. Hide-a-bed had not been changed on our arrival, and in-room coffee pot was filthy. All went very smooth, room was ready on time, desk attendants were very friendly, everything in the comfortable room worked as should. We found our stay to be good for the price. We had 5 people to accomodate, 3 of which were kids so we couldn't split up. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and everyone fought against using it. We really wanted to make maximum use of the pool. Our last night there, there was too much chlorine in the pool... more

Where to start? First of all, the gentleman behind the front desk when we first arrived was extremely helpful and apologetic for our initial problems (too bad he wasn't around the rest of the weekend!). The continental breakfast was kept well-stocked, thanks to the very helpful and efficient employee in charge of this. The rest of the stay was terrible.... more

This hotel needs a renovation. The room designated for the questionable executive continental breakfast (what does that mean?) is horrendous. The room was very plain and basic with hideous carpeting.
