My best friend and I stayed at the Best Western Settle Inn in Omaha, NE, for two weeknights in late February. We were in Omaha on personal business. We arrived at the Settle Inn around 3:20 am local time from a long drive through the night. This hotel is difficult to get to from the highway, as stated in previous... more

This isn't a bad hotel by any means, and the front desk staff was excellent; however, this was - in a year that has probably taken me to 75 different hotels - one of the most overpriced of them all. more

This hotel is quite difficult to get to. I have never before been to a hotel that is IN a parking lot - you have to go through and behind other businesses to get to it - very strange. The wall colors, carpeting etc are all very out of date and personally, this affects my stay. If a hotel is... more

Stayed here overnight in early July. While the property appeared clean, it wasn't. There was a musty smell in the halls and our room. I woke up in the morning with, literally, the worst allergy attack I've ever had. I blame something in the air at the hotel since I am generally not a very allergic person. The front desk... more

My family of five stayed one night at this hotel. There was my husband and I, an 8 yr old, a 6 yr old and a 1 1/2 yr old. When we made the sofabed into a bed, there was about 10 candy wrappers and used kleenex laying on the floor. It had obviously not been cleaned underneath. There were... more

Nice quiet hotel. A little hard to find but night staff was very friendly. TJ gave great advice on places to eat and back ways into the hotel. Above average breakfast. Varied somewhat from day to day. We stayed 2 nights. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Just off 680. Close to Westroads Mall. Will stay again. Thanks TJ. more

Nice place to stay. A bit hidden from the highway but not too tough to find. Very clean rooms. In room coffee and an excellent deluxe continental breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub. Very comfortable rooms. Coin operated guest laundry, very helpful staff. more

It is a little tricky finding the entrance to the inn due to construction of another freeway ramp, but we called the front desk for directions and the night manager stayed on the phone with me and directed us into the parking lot. The inn is castle themed; we stayed in the "Days of Camelot" room, replete with a suit... more

I was traveling alone, and nobody offered to help with all of my luggage. The Continental Breakfast was a joke. The pool was closed. The staff at the front desk was not friendly. The best thing about the hotel was the restaurant located behind it: Jack and Mary's. Great fried chicken. Nobody at the hotel recommended it, I had to... more

We stayed in Sept and returned again in Oct 2005. My husband and I were travelling with his elderly father and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. The rooms were clean and anything that was needed was taken care of. The friendliness of the staff was just an entree to the friendly people all over Omaha and part... more
