We came to Omaha for the CWS. The motel was in a good location for us which was close to the stadium, but it was not near the downtown area if thats what you are going there for. The Perkins restaurant next to it was very good and the staff there were nice and polite. Just across the street was... more

I've seen a lot of negative reviews for this Travelodge but my assumption is that these people are expecting to stay at the Hilton for $40/night. The Travelodge in Omaha is everything you can expect from a low budget hotel. It was clean, comfortable, not terribly outdated, etc. The staff was very friendly and attentive. All in all, I'd say... more

My daughter and I arrived to check in....all went smooth, lobby looked clean, pool area looked nice entered elevator, very dirty inside, and very slow. Stairs were much faster and just as dirty to the 3rd floor. Entered room, smelled clean..looked clean, entered bathroom and there was a red sticky substance all over the toilet and the floor. Called front... more

The location of this motel was the number one reason we selected it - it's just off the fwy, very centrally located. But I wish I'd read the reviews on this site before I booked -- this is by far the ickiest motel I've ever stayed in. The front desk fella was very nice and helpful, but he probably doesn't... more

The location is fantastic. Right off of I-80. That and the fellow at the front desk were the only things that were nice. Very dirty hotel. I felt nasty just siting on the bed spread. I also felt a little unsafe in the hotel itself (didn't want to leave our stuff in the room while we ate dinner) and would... more

This was one of the worst stays I have ever had at a hotel. The reason that we chose this hotel was because the reviews of other people were positive. When we got to our room it was very small for a three queen bed room, there was barely enough room to turn around in the bathroom and the maid... more

When we pulled into the parking lot, there was garbage strewn everywhere. Walking up to the door, there were a large group of people standing around (rif-raf) the front door, just hanging out. The best part of the stay was the friendly front-desk clerk-very nice. We got to our room and it was small and didn't smell right. The tiles... more

My two girlfriends and I decided to have a 'slumber party' sans kids and household responsibilities since i was in town. (Mind you, we are +40 mothers, so we werent going to trash the place ;-) We decided, after reading this website that this hotel would be a fine central location. We were mistaken. Quite frankly, we were too busy... more

I was at this hotel last year, but what a difference a year make. The hotel is under new management per the staff and I can definetly notice the changes. I guess new management was what was needed. It has a great location and all of the major ammentities. Also, it is the most economical of all the hotels at... more

The Travelodge is at a good location for a stay in Omaha. I liked the easy access to I-80, and there was a gas station/mini mart right next to the hotel. I enjoyed the indoor whirlpool. I got one of the smaller rooms to save money. It was good enough for one person. Liked the coffee maker in the room.... more
