I am very surprised that you found the beds not to your liking. We receive a lot of compliments on our pillow-top mattresses. Best Western has set very high standards for our mattresses. I am very sorry that you found them not to your liking.
I thought my main concern was cleanliness in a hotel. That changed after this stay. Although the rooms were nice, neat, and clean, the "kid friendly" pool area was not so friendly. This hotel used to be great, but the service, rooms have all declined greatly. The service is so extremely rude, the rooms are not clean, and it seems as though no one cares about customer service at all there. I found a toenail in my bed!! Gross!!
