We were visiting with other families, and the facility worked out really well. Pool is small, but the rooms were new, very clean, and the kitchens well stocked with dishes, etc., including dishwasher soap packets.

We didn't think too much of the City of Omaha, it was decent, but the hotel was very nice. Had a nice steak at an Italian restaurant that was featured on The Travel Channel. There were lots of kids there for some sort of sporting event or something, but the hotel was still quiet. Very below average breakfast, but OK.

My family and I booked our stay here for a cross-country stopover. Loked like a really nice hotel with an indoor pool. Unfortunately when we arrived, we were informed that their pet fee — not a refundable deposit, but a pet fee — for our one-night stay was $100. I've never seen this before, not at any hotel anywhere. That's... More

We stayed with family in one of the two-bedroom suites. It's nice to have so much privacy and room to move about. The kitchen is fairly functional and well-stocked with kitchen supplies. The breakfast is fairly typical self-serve breakfast, but everything is always stocked and clean. The biggest downside is that it is difficult to walk anywhere, but that's more... More

This hotel is pretty clean and very convenient with the small kitchen. Makes hotel living a lot more bearable. The studio room is very small so if you have to stay for longer than a week or so, may want to move to a Residence Inn to get more space. After a few days, the room does start to feel... More

I booked this hotel based on previous TripAdvisor reviews, although I'd never stayed at a TownePlace Suites before. For those who don't know, this is Marriott's "second" extended stay type hotel, behind Residence Inn. The hotel is not the easiest to locate, as it is located off a major highway, which itself is off an elevated expressway. When you get... More

This is new and hip and very lovely for a TownePlace Suites. I highly recommend it. Just be sure to get to the area before 9 p.m. if you are hungry. Otherwise you will not find anything open nearby. Would definitely stay here again! Liked the room, the breakfast, the internet and the small but good fitness room!

This hotel was perfect for my needs. Comments: - Very clean and orderly. Event though it is obviously new, the staff does a good job maintaining the common areas. - The front desk staff were cordial and easy to work with. - Nice, efficient room. A/C worked well. I had no issues with noise outside of the hotel. On future... More

As mentioned in other reviews, Marriott offers a wide range of hotels. This is a modern, up-to-date and thoughtfully and comfortably designed hotel. While its primary design for is longer-stay business professional (with lots of storage in the room and closet), it's just as comfotable for leisure traveler. There's a very nice desk-work area, comfortable couch, great bed, and warm,... More

If you're looking for a new, clean, comfortable hotel with an extremely friendly staff, this is it. Towne Place Suites is Marriott's "value brand," but this property is nicer than many Courtyards or Residence Inns I've stayed in. Both the general manager and the sales manager reached out to our team. They were very accommodating and allowed us to use... More
