We recently went to the College World Series of Baseball in Omaha and stayed at the Comfort Inn on 13th Court. We were very pleased with our 3 night stay. The lobby was very pleasant, even with some coffee available, and our room was great, very clean, spacious. The staff was especially nice, with one young man searching for a... More

We stayed at this motel for four nights. Great location, clean, suite room very nice size, and breakfast was good. Housekeeping missed our room one day so we had to call the front desk for towels and the next morning made sure to talk to housekeeping and the room was serviced right away. The pool is small, no elevator, and... More

My wife and I decided to join our son and daughter-in-law in Omaha, NE for the College World Series to watch the Razorbacks play. We had no prior room reservations and called Comfort Inn at the Zoo the day before our arrival for two rooms. We prefer King Size beds but there were only a few Queen Sized rooms left... More

It is so hard to find a hotel that is pet friendly these days. This is a great pet friendly hotel and the room rate is reasonable. The rooms are very clean and Lulu in housekeeping was great and she does a phenomenal job at keeping this hotel in shape. The zoo is extremely close and next time, sans pups,... More

We decided to take our 2 grandchildren, Dylan, 8 yrs old and Emma Jae, 4 1/2 yrs old, to the Omaha Zoo. We live 4 hours away in Iowa and since we had never been to Omaha, we decided to go to the closest hotel, which was the Comfort Inn at the Zoo. This motel was just ok for the... More

We stayed at the hotel for our anniversary the week before memoral day. We got a ground floor room with a spa tub. The room was clean albeit an akward set up. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. You can tell a man designed the counter space in the bathroom tho. No way was there enough room for... More

We had a courtyard room, with a patio door, which made taking our dog in and out really convenient. These patio type rooms are few and far between it seems. Fee for the dog was reasonable. Room was clean and acceptable, it ain't the Bellagio, but it is a good place to stay in Omaha. Easy on and off interstate... More

It's a typical Comfort Inn, and that's a good thing. Clean, comfortable, inexpensive, friendly staff. Downside: eggs are the consistency of over-sized rice which makes them hard to eat with a small, plastic fork.
