This is a very nice place to stay. I have stayed there often and have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. Bedding in clean and comfortable. Breakfast is standard Comfort Inn fare which is not a bad thing. Newspapers are always available.

The customer service there was not what I had hoped for. The lady who took the reservation put us in a smoking room, and when we got there, the jacuzzi was nasty (lets leave it at that) and the furniture was chipped and dingy. Our bed was comfy, our room was clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was basic fruit and yogurt, but the pool area was not so good. Other guests had their dog in the pool area and in the hot tub. Yuck!

The front desk staff was pretty great, very helpful and nice, but that is where my positive comments end. This place is a dump. It is in desperate need of remodeling. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, and there appeared to be crumbs on the carpet next to the bed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

In Omaha on business. Sponsor booked us into this "truck stop". Holes in the comforter, bed made up but sheets never changed the entire week, holes in the wall, no proper heating, toilet did not work, poor service, and roaches in the "Continental Breakfast".
