Contrary to other reviews, we had a very pleasant stay. We had a suite for smoking, as we had requested (they have only three in the hotel), which was very comfortable. Actually, upon arrival we elected to upgrade to the "honeymoon suite" that included a hot tub and fireplace plus two TVs, refrigerator, microwave and king bed. The walls of... more

The front desk staff was pretty great, very helpful and nice, but that is where my positive comments end. This place is a dump. It is in desperate need of remodeling. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, and there appeared to be crumbs on the carpet next to the bed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. more

First I should say that I am the worst possible person to have in a hotel because I run one. This Comfort Inn was in a very good location, right off of I-80 and right in the middle of the different places we had to travel to during our stay. The staff was very nice and very attentive. In Omaha on business. Sponsor booked us into this "truck stop". Holes in the comforter, bed made up but sheets never changed the entire week, holes in the wall, no proper heating, toilet did not work, poor service, and roaches in the "Continental Breakfast". Poor front desk service if it is cigarrette break time. Would never stay here again ever!!!!... more
