We stayed at Le Clos Violette for 6 nights - absolutely the most perfect place to stay whilst in L'isle sur la Sorgue - a delightful town in itself. The maison is absolutely beautiful, and we found the benefit of the lift (we were up at the very top of the house), a boon with luggage and a bad knee!... More

My wife and me stayed here for two nights, awesome house, where you feel inmediately like at home. The place is a beautiful old house refurbished with style. Breakfast outside the terrace/garden is a must with home made jams. In the hot summer days, do not miss the small semi-inside pool. Rejanne and Richard, the owners are very kind and... More

Restored by the tireless Rejane and her husband Richard you will be welcomed into what feels immediately like home. Enjoy breakfast in their kitchen, take a cooling dip in the pool in the private small garden - or just soak up the ambience in the drawing room - this is a place to enjoy and relax. We stayed on the... More

Le Clos Violette is a lovely and relaxing spot. The owners are warm and kind - lovely French breakfast, quiet and clean rooms, great location in town. I've stayed in many B&Bs and this is definitely one of the best.

Nine of us stayed in this incredible restored inn while on a bike trip. Each room was decorated in a unique style done with impeccable taste and workmanship. Not only were the rooms spacious, the owners shared their living room parlor with us for drinks and snacks. The hosts are an elegant couple full of great local knowledge and helpful... More

For Provencal charm and warm hospitality you couldn't get better than this: a lovingly restored 17th century townhouse located in the heart of France's famous antiques 'capital'. Owners Rejane and Richard have transformed what was a ruin only two years ago into an amazing home, with comfortably large bedrooms decorated and furnished in period style together with the latest in... What a lovely surprise to find this gem! A totally renovated ruin, with exquisite decor...the breakfasts are delicious with hostess Rejan's homemade jams and jellies. The garden is lovely - perfect for an afternoon to enjoy peace and a glass of wine. Our host - Rejan's and Richard are warm and friemdly, and very helpful.

A wonderful property, location, hosts and so much more. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Le Clos Violette. Fabulous breakfasts served in the dining room, cocktails on the patio, catching up on emails in the library. Our rooms were spacious and the bathrooms large and beautiful. We felt like we were staying in our own mansion. Great location... More

The house is nice, but we had a japanese like room in the second floor that seems to have been the roof. It is not a suite. The toilette and shower are in the room, just separated by a sliding door. There were crumbs in the sofa. We were very disappointed. Be aware that you will pay more than 250... More

My family (6 adults) recently spent 4 nights at the beautiful and lovingly restored Le Clos Violette. Rejane and Richard are warm, friendly, welcoming hosts, and our time with them was delightful. The rooms are extremely spacious (several with King-sized beds, which is unusual in a French hotel), and each has been created with a different theme, using authentic antiques,... More
