The shower was small. The pillows smelled like play dough. The "casino" is just a bunch of slot machines. The airport in Vegas has more than this place. The room is nothing special and the food in the restaurant is not great. Drive the extra 20 minutes and go to Vegas. This is just a pit stop for the elderly.

Stayed on our way home to MT was always one of our favorite places to stay, not for the room but the price. Well Price is about double what we used to pay on way home, no buffet one of our favorites, cafe ok, snack shop gone, back bar (our favorite) gone, movie theater gone, many many of the machines... I pulled into this establishment tired after a long day's drive. I was a bit reluctant at first, since I expected it would be more expensive than I would want to pay just for a place to creak for the night. I was pleasantly surprised at the charge, and then truly amazed when I saw the spacious room. The bed... More

Was looking forward to the "Renovated" top floor rooms which have been under development since Dotty took over after the first of 2014. Was willing to pay the increase room rate from the discounted pre-Dotty of $60 to the new Dotty "Deluxe Room" price of a non-discounted rate of $90 (including Transient Lodging Tax), hoping to see a Las Vegas... We stopped there to use the bathroom... I asked if there was a computer to use .... she said they were in the process of getting one for customers to use........and what did I need? I told her I would like to actually look for a hotel on Fremont Street...... She made reservations for us and printed out a map... More

Dotty's bought the Hacienda and made changes...not to our liking. We always stopped here on the way to/from the Strip, as we enjoyed their very reasonable $2.99 bacon and eggs special. Now the price is $5.25! The toast is not the same--now it's a cheaper quality and tastes like paper. Also, all the slot machines have been replaced with the... More

This hotel is just under renovation. They change the inside of the casino and got rid off the awesome buffet which in my opinion was the best thing in this hotel. Now they have a ok restaurant with slow stuff and not too big menu. The casino smells and is somewhat dirty, nothing to comper to Vegas. Rooms are clean... More

We splurge the extra 9 dollars to stay in the tower every year we come here. We're on the lake most of the day so all we need is a bed at night, which is what you get besides a television It caters mainly to truckers, chain smoking gamblers, and generally disenfranchised senior citizens, but we love it and are... We had originally booked 2 nights to see Hoover Dam /Lake Mead and hike in the area. We barely made it through 1 night. arriving in the afternoon, they did have the room with a view we booked ready. The elevator was filthy, the hallways dim, dirty and under some kind of renovation as was the rest of the place.... More

Eating in the coffee shop was a disappointment. Portions were small service was slow. Lady at dottys couldn't answer any questions like how much is a beer? Weren't able to pay with debit card so had to get cash from the a.t.m. was charged like six dollars for using it. Bartender was snotty. Asked for a smoking room at check... More
