This is our second stay here. Our travel group used this as our headquarters last year. The hotel has gone into some disrepair. Upon arrival, around 3:40pm we were given our room assignments. At 5:30 we contacted the desk asking about our luggage. Were told it was being brought up. We went to dinner since they said they would put it... more

My husband and I visited the Lake Mead area to run a marathon and stayed at the nearby Hacienda Hotel and Casino for three nights. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the race and because it was having an off season special: for non-view tower rooms, the rates were just $29.99 per night on weekend nights and... more

Nice cheap and fun Casino.. the people were great. the front desk folks were so nice. The room was no different then any hotel I used to staying in.. We were in Las Vegas for 5 days and the best Casino and best price room was here in the Hacienda Hotel and Casino our little oasis in the Dessert.. Come... more

The hotel was nice but I can't say the same for the desk clerk. When we asked a question, she treated us like we were morons. The casino looked nice although we didn't gamble. Our room was large and clean but the window would not close properly (on the fourteenth floor) and the wind moaned through it all night long.... more

we stayed here because they accepted pets had there been another choice i would never had stayed here. the staff is very nice but they are unable or untrained to control the happenings in their hotel nor did they attempt to make resonable solutions to the problem which we had. the hotel is ok but not great if your boating... more

What an excellent view. We were in Vegas and rented a car to go to Hoover Dam and expected to go to the Skywalk. We decided against the Skywalk while we were at Hoover Dam and did not know what to do. We drove back to Boulder City and saw the hotel. We decided to stop and stay the night.... more

I stayed here for 6 nights while vacationing in the Lake Mead National recreation area. I basically used the hotel as a base while I went out hiking every day. This hotel/casino is 2-3 miles outside of Boulder City, with nothing around it. I consider that a plus, as I wanted to be away from city noise. The hotel is a... more

Stopped here late one night on a drive from Phoenix. This hotel is like new, as are the rooms. The casino is large and very clean. The room was large, nicely appointed, clean and very quiet. The restaurant is also like new and serves good casino type fare. This hotel is located very close to Hoover Dam and is a... more

Hotel: Important Note! If you want a tub/shower combo, you MUST request a handicapped room. The regular rooms and even the regular suites only have showers. The only other option is to request a "special suite" with a single person jacuzzi tub, which is kinda high at $129/night. I reserved my room by phone and they quoted the same rates... more

We had the worst experience there. The waitress lied to the manager about how she burnt our 3 year old daughter's leg. She had placed hot tea in front of her and she grabbed it and spilt all over her leg. She then had the audacity to tell the manager I requested her to place it in front of her.... more
