We stayed at the Boulder Dam hotel for one night as we were driving from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. It was very nice to get just outside of Vegas and find such a historic hotel. My husband, daughter and I had adjoining rooms. It worked out very nice because we had some privacy while my daughter was safely... more

Stayed here for 1 night and it's a excellent hotel in the middle of a lovely little town. A great place to stay to visit the Hoover Dam and surrounding area. The hotel has a museum which is very interesting and well done and the lady who spoke to us in the shop afterwards was a mine of information. The... more

Only about 1/2 hour from Las Vegas, and 15 minutes from Lake Mead, this is the place if you are looking for laid back, serene and beautiful. It is the kind of town you can take a walk in after dinner. The hotel has been kept up wonderfully and has a very nice, sunny breakfast and lunch restaurant. The town... more

We spent the first night of our honeymoon (after marrying in Vegas) here while visiting the Hoover Dam based upon tripadvisor reviews. We found the experience lovely- from arrival the staff were friendly and informative. The room was fairly basic in terms of decoration and amenities although there was free Wi-fi access in our room! However, everything was spotlessly clean.... more

A very clean, historic establishment. Awesome value for a quite, two room suite. This is in the heart of OLD BC. Area was great for a night time stroll with many dining choices with in two blocks. Many pieces of awesome art line the streets. The Hotel has gone under a refurbishment but nothing that takes away from the original... more

When we travel we try not to stay at big box hotel/motels and go for more unique settings. We had a very nice 2 night stay. Staff was friendly...we stayed in a Suite room....was nice...not luxurious..but clean and pleasant. The lobby is beautiful, and the breakfast was very good. more

I loved this place, we only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed its charm, oldey worldeyness comfort and location. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely furnished but bathroom very small, not that well equipped ( lack of towel rail and shelf space ) and a little old around the edges. This however was not really a let down, more... more

This was our first stop on a trip from central Ca to Utah to see most of the National Parks. Located in the older part of town this is a historic hotel full of history about the Hoover Dam. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. A wonderful breakfast off the menu was also included with the... more

After choosing to get married in Las Vegas, we visited several of the local wedding chapels (stand-alone sites and casinos) and were disappointed with all of them. Friends of my sister suggested the Boulder Dam Hotel and their event coordinator, Candice Brunscheen, as an option to consider. An easy 35-minute drive from The Strip and we found this hotel much... more
