Traveling from the UK, you have an image in your mind, and this hotel was it...OK, the rooms in some ways were a little dated, however, it is all part of the charm. The welcome at the hotel surpassed, all others while we traveled around the west coast. The staff could not have been more helpful and gave advice on... More

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect spot in Boulder City......you're central to everything! From the charming furnishings in the lobby to the absolutely outstanding service we received while checking-in and checking-out, we highly recommend this hotel to any travellers staying in Boulder City. Our room was neat and clean, but it was evident that some cosmetic updates and... More

we stayed 2 nights at this hotel while exploring the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead areas. The location is excellent-- within walking distance of the Main Street containing lots of shops and restaurants. If you love Antique Shops, you are in luck as they are plentiful here!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The town is about 5 miles... More

We loved this hotel! Quaint, clean, historic, walking distance to lots of other good spots. Staff were hilariously funny, welcoming, helpful. GREAT breakfast included - restaurant style with delicious menu. Comfy rooms, quiet! Will go there again.

We love the Boulder Dam Hotel! This is a charming 1930's setting boutique hotel, and we stay there as often as we are in the area. Clean comfy rooms, quiet, reasonable price, yummy (limited choices) full breakfast in their restaurant included), and wonderful staff! Take advantage of the free passes for hotel guests to the Boulder City/Boulder Dam Museum located... More

The staff were friendly, and the museum attached to the hotel was great as well. The room was clean, but as in most old hotels, the walls were very thin, and we could hear everything our neighbours were up to, which wasn't very appreciated at 2am. We would also have appreciated a mini fridge in the room to keep a... More

We stayed here on the way back to Las Vegas Airport for an early morning flight. We booked it online from an Indian Lodge in Peach Springs on Route 66. The differences between the 2 establishments was very marked. We were really impressed with the hotel and the Assistant Manager Teri was most helpful and friendly. Although the room and... More

We love this historic boutique hotel in the un-Vegas! Room was nicely appointed and clean, albeit small. Retro (or perhaps original) tiling in the bathroom was striking. The mattress and squeaky box spring could use replacement. Staff friendly and helpful. We had to check out before the start of breakfast (included) so I am unable to comment on that. I... More

We stayed at the BD Hotel for a second time. We had a suite, and enjoyed the restored building very much. The staff was friendly and helpful, sending us down the street to Evan's Old Town Grille for a delightful supper in a very "locals" cafe. I found the beds too soft, though. I ended up putting the mattress from... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night on December 28 2014. It was built in 1933. We had room 213 and all the bathroom fixtures and tile (hex-tile) we all original and looked like they were new. The lobby was very comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was great. You get to pick from a defined menu but can buy extras or... More
