If you want to getaway from Vegas after a night of gambling and shows or just want to be closer to the Hoover Dam tour, you can't go wrong with this little gem. The red head behind the desk--so sorry I do not recall her name--made us feel welcome, made us laugh--a lot--and gave us just the tips we needed... More

I spent one night in this hotel but was delighted by the comfortable bed. The bathroom was good & my husband rated the light for shaving. Every member of staff were polite, happy & helpful. Would visit again if in the area. The proximity to the Hoover Dam is a plus & the hotel has a museum about the building... More

Great location to stay in the heart of the old downtown. Well maintained historic hotel with nice rooms and a cook to order breakfast included in the price! Room was quiet and nice; bathroom smaller by current standards but contained everything one needs. Very good breakfast. And lots of art and history in the building taking you back to when... More

We stayed at this hotel over night and went to the Hoover Dam the next day. I wish I would of had more time to enjoy this hotel. I enjoyed the historical atmosphere of the hotel along with the historical photos throughout the hallways and lobby. The rooms were retro but not outdated and gave you the real feeling that... More

The room was of reasonable size and decorated in keeping with its 1930s heyday. The bed was comfortable so we slept quite well, despite a wedding party being at the hotel that evening. A hotel across the street which had karaoke was also a bit of a disturbance. I guess we were so tired we fell asleep quite easily. The... More

Boulder City is a lovely historical town and the Boulder Dam hotel is THE place to stay when you visit. The hotel has plenty of character, but with modern comfort (yes, including speedy wifi). Rooms are big enough for a short stay, clean and quiet. An extremely good breakfast is served in the morning. Reception was more than helpful with... More

We choose this place last minute, driving from Death Valley to Hoover dam, you always take a gamble when you pick a hotel online, but thanks to TripAdvisor, and a little luck we landed at this little gem. Boulder is about a 25 minute ride from Vegas, and was easy to find, the hotel is a older structure, but has... More

We were not sure what to expect when we arrived. It is an old building and rooms are a bit basic. But it proved to be very comfortable and all the public spaces were lovely. The breakfast was great. The museum inside the hotel was well worth a visit, and you get free entry as a hotel guest. There is... More
