A clean throwback hotel to the early 1900's. All rooms are located on the second floor, elevator accessible. On site convenient parking. Rooms, especially bathrooms, are small but clean in an outdated sort of way. TV's are small flat screens, ~20". Located in midtown historic Boulder City within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Good breakfast served in the spacious... More

We checked in late and were upgraded to a suite. Thank you! The room heaters were a bit cumbersome to get to work. It was quite cold while we were there, so it would have been more enjoyable had we had more easily operable heat in the room. That aside, the room was clean, quiet, and breakfast was quite enjoyable.

The Boulder Dam hotel is right in the centre of picture perfect Boulder City with it's boardwalks and art. The hotel staff are extremely helpful including the staff in the restaurant where we had the excellent freshly cooked breakfast. We had no issues with the free WiFi and though the room was on the small side we found no problem... More

We chose the hotel because it's close to the Hoover Dam, but it exceeded my expectations. It's an old hotel that has been very nicely renovated, especially the lobby. The rooms are certainly updated, but not exactly modern, especially the bathroom fixtures. However, everything worked, and it was very comfortable. Wifi is free, fast and reliable. There is a restaurant,... More

We've stayed here twice when flying east from McCarran airport. A great way to avoid the bustle of L.V. Accomodating staff. Nice dining room. Quaint bar and lounge in the basement. Boulder Dam museum on the premisis. Boulder City is comfy little town with a few good restaurants about a 25 minute drive to the airport.

Historic hotel located in the middle of lovely Boulder City. Rooms are very small, but clean and nicely decorated. There is a stale and dump smell in the room and there is no way to open a window to get fresh air in. AC is good and modern, but it blows directly on your bed and it's not possible to... More

Bored with the formulaic nature of US hotels? Looking for something different, at a very affordable price? Happy not the have sports TV on the walls of the restaurant? Happy to have your breakfast cooked to order and not languishing limpidly on some sad buffet? Then here is where you need to be! The rooms are small, furnished with old... More

We stayed 2 nights at boulder dam hotel and it was good, the reception staff were the best we have came across, the room was small but clean and comfortable, shower was hot and powerful, the museum on site about hoover dam was excellent, the breakfast had limited choice but was brilliant what we did get, but our room never... I've marked this hotel down to a 4 because it has no pool and the bathroom is on the small side, but overall, what a lovely experience. Old world charm, clean, big rooms, quiet, very comfy bed, free tea and coffee, great hair dryer, and smack in the middle of a Boulder city. I'd messed up my booking and they... More

Stayed 1 night in this hotel full of character and History. The first floor of this place contains a museum about the History of the Hoover Dam. It was a pity that we arrived too late and left too early for the museum to be open. The hotel served breakfast, not a very big choice, but good food. The rooms... More
