Lake site was nice. Park was average. Nice staff...Lake Mead during July is extremely hot!!! The down fall, you have to pay to get into the RV park do to it being a recreation area. The entrance fee should be free if you are staying at the RV park...Besides that, close to all amenities...boating, fishing and of course shopping!!

I gave the overall rating of VG because of the view from our lakeview (pull in) site. Otherwise, the park was just average/OK. Our site was nice and level, but the park included MANY permanent homes (mobile homes) that detract from the feeling that you are camping. The restrooms met our needs, but the showers leave a LOT to be... More

Fantastic views and great service and sites. It is a good distance to the water and there is no grass With that understanding it is still a magnificent view to start and end each day and to see in between. Laundry facilities are good and the sites are easily accessible. It is brutally hot though so be prepared.

This campground is reservable by emailing or calling them. There Boulder Beach campround just next door if you are not in need of full hook ups. That campground is reservable on a first come first serve basis. The Lake Mead RV Village campground has numerous sites to choose from. You can have either a back in, pull through, or a... More

We had a lakefront spot at the end of March, traveling with 3 teens. We walked down to the lake as the sun set-- beautiful colors on the surrounding mountains. Could have used some bug spray but serene and pretty. Then lay at our site looking up at the stars. Nice little store there too; will come again!

What a beautiful place. Sunset over Lake Mead was stunning & we were able to sit out beside our campsite with an overview of the lake & mountains. Alternatively we could have walked down to the beach about 0.5miles down a direct path. The site was really clean & each space was a clear slabbed area. Each space has an... More

Spent two weekends here shaking down our new Class B motorhome. Aaah, what magnificent breakfast views! The morning air was so cool & refreshing with just a hint of the heat to come-it was so bright we had to put sunglasses on to eat! One morning there was a boat regatta; another day there were the dilly dallyers, maybe just... More

We reserved a lakefront site and the views of Lake Mead and the surrounding mountains were second to none and well worth the extra cost for those sites. The site offers full hook ups and shower blocks. We booked this site as a stop off between Death Valley and the Grand Canyon and it was exactly what we were looking... More

Checked into a lakefront site with a reservation for 3 nights. After 1 night the heat was so intense we had to check out the next day. Our camper ac (class c motorhome) could not keep up and it was probably 90 degrees in there with it running constantly. I would definitely visit this campground again at a cooler time.... More

We stayed two nights. Great view of lake mead. Path on side of park brings you down to the beach(1/2mile). Very quiet and host was very friendly. VERY HOT(no trees). Park Next door did have trees but no electricity. I would stay here again, just know it will give your ac a workout.
