Loved the feeling of this motel. It was very clean. Our room was clean and comfortable especially after a long drive. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. It had a refrigerator and microwave and free wi-fi. The pricing was just right.

This is a very clean, small motel. It was perfect for my family of six to hang their hat after a day of traveling across the country. Convenient to grocery stores. Good coffee. We had the three queen bed room. The room with the single bed had the lumpiest softest mattress. It was really bad. The other two mattresses were... More

Huge, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Beautiful location in historic district of Boulder City. Clean pool surrounded by palm trees, lovely little park across the street. Great walking area, near good restaurants.

We stayed at the El Rancho motel because it was convenient to the Hoover Dam which was the starting point of our kayaking trip in the Black Canyon. The rooms could use a renovation though they were comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering that the main road passed right by, they also had a microwave and a small refrigerator. There was... Good clean rooms with aircon and ceiling fans. Rooms, fixtures, towels and bed throws a little tired/worn but all clean. Pricing ok. Staff great. Parking right outside of your room and free wifi add to its assets. Would return if visiting area.

This historic Motel is a wonderful blast from the past as well as friendly. I stay here whenever I travel through southern Nevada or travel down to Arizona. Boulder City is the gateway to Boulder Dam. The motel still uses real keys. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, and the rooms are always clean. Pet friendly and you meet... More

A 'perfect storm' of events made Las Vegas a very expensive, booked up place to stay during our trip, so we ventured further afield to find accommodation. We were very pleased with our little find of the El Rancho Motel. Who knew Boulder City was such a pleasant, convenient little place along the way?! Lovely clean motel, nice grounds and... More

Just like what people had reported on Trip Advisor. A nice change from the craziness of Las Vegas. Everything was great - staff, price, location, comfort, ambience. We could just park and enjoy Boulder City for what it had to offer by foot.

Vintage motel, with 50s charm on exterior. Rooms are very tidy, but not new. There were new flat screen tvs in our rooms. Walking distance to everything so it was the perfect location for a pub crawl stay-cation. Very nice pool and landscaping. Free coffee in the am. No blowdryer. Desk staff very nice and thorough. If you like to... More

on the way through to Laughlin. It is a very centrally located location, clean, reasonably priced a d even the air con is quiet. Beds are comfortable. It is a family owned house that is devoid of the frills but is well maintained and comfortable!
