We arrived before the check-in time and the desk clerk said our room was ready. We put our bags in the room and went downtown. When we came back about 7:00 pm the manager had changed the keys so that they would not work and said that we would have to pay for another day because we checked in early.... more
Do not stay here, if I don't have bed bugs I will have survived. Not clean, bad part of town, bad activities going on in other rooms. It was too late and I was too tired to go elsewhere. Why the health department has not shut this place down is a mystery more

The fact... more

This hotel advertised that it was newly renovated and that they had a continental breakfast, neither of which is true. The guy at the front desk barely speaks english. I watched as another guest complained... more

The people were rude, spoke to each other in Korean in front of us as we were explaining that we were leaving. I feel that this place should not... more
