This is one Hotel you don't want to stay in. Its dirty and the staff doesn't seem to care. Tent camping would be better. Now I know why all the other Hotels were booked and this one wasn't. They charge a 5 star price, with a less than 1 star rating. more

This Ramada is not in the nicest area of Anchorage. It was very outdated and dingy. There is a Chinese buffet inside the hotel (weird!). The staff was fairly friendly. The worst part about our stay were the guests next door "getting it on" ALL NIGHT. It was DISGUSTING. more

The staff were ALL VERY HELPFUL, polite and efficient - it's a shame the place has a grungy feel to it. Stayed here on Business, booked by my employer. Don't count on the airport shuttle at night, waited an hour and half, was lied to and told 3 seperate stories about why the shuttle was late.
