I stay at the Voyager Hotel each time I am in Anchorage Alaska on business which is several times a year. I love this hotel, the owner cares and it shows, the staff is wonderful and the cozy hotel with large rooms is clean and in excellent repair. It is central to the courts and downtown services. Also has what... more

The rooms are very nice- very clean and the kitchenette is a plus. They advertise breakfast but we did not consider a cup of coffee and a sweet standing in the lobby a breakfast! The parking is an irritant because there is a charge after 9:00 A.M. and before 5:00 P.M. We felt that the price was too high for... more

From TripAdvisor and other sources, this seemed like the best value in an expensive city. The location is fine -- we are Seniors, but we easily walked the five blocks from the cruise ship dropoff point to the hotel with our rolling suitcases. Our first room (a corner) was HUGE, with a queen bed, a pull out, a kitchenette, and... more

Stayed here before a cruise departing from Whittier. Grand basic hotel with nice big room and friendly staff. free internet a bonus. Coffee and a few danish pastires provided in entance foyer in the morning. Central location and were recommended a meal in Simon's and Seafort's Grill. Excellent food and amazing view if you can get near the window and... more

I was in the area for business. I stayed in the Voyager for three nights, not consecutive. I thought that the rooms (3) were excellant. All very very clean and comfortable. Before you read the downside; I did return to the Voyager for two more nights. There were some points that concerned me. One had to go to the desk... more

We stayed here one night to match our tour schedule with our return flight. After checking at nearby People Mover, we found the town bus service to the Airport, hourly route 7A, that cost us $0.50 each to ride, so much less than a $25 to $30 taxi. The hotel accomodation was fine, but the buns as continental breakfast were... more

Great location, Staff extremely helpful, clean well appointed accommodations- The only drawback is the parking. You have to park in a public lot and pay. more

The room was spacious and very clean.(there were 3 of us), and very reasonably priced. (for Anchorage) The location was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am a Travel Agent and also booked... more

My husband and I recently stayed at the Voyager Hotel after an Alaskan Cruise. Courteous friendly staff, internet access, and a pleasant surprise upon entering our spacious comfortable room. Lots of closet space and hangers, clean clean bathroom, and the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on! Having the kitchenette with refrig, microwave, and coffee maker allowed us... more

Just returned from Anchorage for a nursing conference. Great location and wonderful service at this hotel. Really nice to have a small kitchen to have coffee and a quick snack in the morning and evening. All the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. Also, for a women traveling alone it is a very safe and secure hotel to... more
