Booked a Junior Suite for a 3 night stay, paying a premium for kitchenette facilities (after many nights eating out). Unfortunately, the kitchenette was the most useless we have ever experienced. Only 2 each of knives/forks/spoons/plates/bowls/mugs/glass tumblers - that's it ! Can't cook in a microwave with just those. No extractor fan (for vapour and smells), no washing up liquid,... More

stayed here in June for 2 days before taking a cruise, the hotel is very clean and in a good location. Beds so comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Took a cab from airport which was $ 20 each way. Great kitchen facilities

The pros: large room, mini fridge, location was great, terrific breakfast. The cons: no extra pillows, no room darkening curtains. I think it would have been ideal if the curtains could actually block out light during June.

The staff was quite nice. They have a deal with the hotel across the street for pool and exercise rooms. These facilities are quite nice but the men's entrance is a about a block away, women's directly across the street. It is located close to the museum and a couple of "old time" bars. Many tourist shops are close by.... More

Has been taken over and done up by the people who run the Captain Cook over the road, so ignore any posts from a while ago. Good standard of accommodation, reasonably priced, good location downtown. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless and modern, good comfy beds with decent quality linen. Modern feel throughout the whole place. Breakfast... More

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was on the 4th floor. We found our room very spacious and comfortable. WiFi and hot breakfast included. Good location downtown close to everything. Would stay here again.

My friends had booked another hotel but when we went to check in they changed their minds. They had booked & paid online but when they got to the room it was disgusting. For this reason they got onto the internet & book the Voyager Inn. it's a pity we only had the one night here. You walk up a... More
