Friendly staff. Really good FREE breakfast. Nice large rooms! And the best thing for me - of all the hotels in Anchorage I've stay recently- this one has the Hallmark Channel!! Close to the downtown shopping area, lots of great restaurants, and the Captain Cook, just across the street has a coffee place for lattes!

A wonderful experience. Very good location, close to the center of town. Just far enough away as not to be to close to center ;) Easy access to airport - The rooms were clean & tidy, plenty of towels & the best pillows I have ever had in 59 country's !!!! I took the name of the pillow company !!!!!... More

We stayed for two nights at the Voyager Inn in downtown Anchorage. It is in a handy location, roughly equidistant from the shopping district and the entrance to the coastal trail and across the street from the Captain Cook Hotel (used a lot by tour ships). The room was mid size, clean and comfortable but nothing to mark it apart... More

When I checked in and got to my room, it had obviously not been made since the previous stay. After informing reception, I was immediately given another room which was perfect. Although a basic looking hotel, once settled in, the room was quite nice with a comfortable bed, big sized TV, full bathroom facilities, and a small all inclusive kitchen... More

We spent the second of two weeks here and did day trips to numerous hiking areas within a fairly short drive. Clean and large room with a lightly stocked kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and the room was super quiet. Very good Wi-Fi speed and connectivity. The hot breakfast was very good compared to other hotels. Free access to... More

Large, clean room with a comfy bed. It was great having the kitchenette. The breakfast was one of the better ones I have had at a hotel. It was great being downtown where we could walk to many restaurants. The parking was a little steep but it was directly across the street. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful.... Needed one night before flying out of Anchorage the next morning in later afternoon. Had looked at the sister hotel, the hotel Captain Cook, but it was booked. The voyager Inn is across the street. There is no business center and you go to the Hotel Captain Cook to use their business center. The room was large, comfortable with a... More

Large room with small seating area and kitchenette. The bed was great. I wish the kitchenette were better supplied - fortunately we did not need it for much. The relationship with the Captain Cook for gym access was not available while we were there. The free breakfast is a nice plus with average food. I was told the hotel was... More

Rooms good size, great bed. Kitchenette worst I've seen. No kettle, 2 knives, 1 fork. 1spoon, that was it. No plates, bowls, glasses, utensils etc. or kitchen linen, a microwave but not much use without other bits. Thankfully breakfast included, which was good. But just as well we were only staying one night as wouldn't be able to do any... More
