We stayed here the night before taking a land tour to Denali National Park. The hotel was undergoing some (much needed) renovations. The lobby was nice, and they offered a small store for convenience items and souveniers. There was a nice bar/restaurant on property- wish we would have eaten there (instead of Gwennies down the road). The room itself (3rd floor)... More

There was nothing particularly memorable about this airport hotel EXCEPT the "Flying Machine" Restaurant. This featured excellent service, surprisingly good food and an all-around positive experience. Otherwise, as others have noted, the hotel was a bit drab. Nothing especially negative to note either, however. Just a way station hotel.

I can see this hotel was built to a very good standard long time ago but now it is a bit too old and run-down for the expected standard it advertised itself at. Still I could not ask more for the price I paid for it. Friendly management. Reasonable and helpful. Clean room and facilities. But most furniture in the... More

Everything about this place seems kind of tired. The carpets are old, some wallpaper and paint are discreetly peeling, wi-fi is spotty, the plastic cups are thin and the ironing board shaky, and everything seems just a bit on the way down. Nothing that can't be spruced up and energized, but it will take a bit of work. One thing... More

We chose the Millenium for the night before our flight out because it is close to the airport, recommended by a pilot friend because of its location on Alaska's busiest floatplane base, and because, when I priced hotels, it was not much more expensive than a Hampton Inn. For the difference, I chose to go for the luxury. Our room... More

Rooms were passable, but hallways were dirty and seemed water damaged. Desk help double booked a room ...didn't give us the requested handicap room......misplaced luggage for a couple of hours......Dining room ok....servers were pleasant.

Carpets filthy, outside filthy, staff un-knowledgeable, room not at all represented correctly in pictures. Found Easter eggs in room had to have been there since Easter. Offer free Wi-Fi but was never able to access it.

This is an odd mixture of good and bad. From excessive noise to ripped furniture, to original art and a convenient location near the airport. In short, you could be lucky and get a nice room or you could be unlucky. I say it is a gamble, especially for light sleepers. First the good: Great lobby, with life-sized stuffed polar... More

After reading the reviews on here I was trepidatious about staying, but it was only for one night so we decided to risk it. I'm glad I did! The hotel is very nice and clean, it seems freshly renovated so perhaps many of the older concerns are no longer valid. The lobby has various animals that have been hunted and... More

This was a 3 star hotel on Priceline. There are a lot of subpar 3 star hotels in Anchorage, but this one is a decent hotel. I would recommend staying there. The only major negative is that it needs to be renovated in terms of new carpet and a fresh look in the rooms. They were clean, just outdated looking.... More
