Firstly the pre-booked free airport shuttle was a bonus and our driver was bright and offered helpful advice on what to do/where to eat around Anchorage. She even took us for a bit of a tour enroute to the hotel. Hotel staff were polite & efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was those trains...they sounded their horns... more

When it says pet friendly on the web site it means dogs only. So leave your cat at home. The continental breakfast was o.k. but tiresome after 1 day (we were there for 6).
