What a wonderful place to "hang your umbrella." This B & B is simply the best. Newly updated, the shower/tubs are great and unusual for a B & B. Larry and Allen go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, well fed and enjoying the Anchorage area. We feel so fortunate to have found them and the... More

This place is a cozy B&B conveniently located within walking distance of downtown and a small grocery store. The owners Larry and Allan were very nice and we enjoyed chatting with them about the area, their travels, and how they came to be B&B owners. The other guests were nice too - much older than us (we're 30) but also... More

A good B and B is about many things converging into a great experience. Wildflower has it all. It combines good location, reasonable prices, comfortable accommodations, excellent food, and warm and friendly hosts. We very much enjoyed our visit with Larry and Allen, g tours.and especially appreciated the great suggestions concerning attractions, restaurants, and local sights .As a special tip... More

Larry and Allan are great hosts. They have a lovely home are both great cooks! I'm hoping next time we visit there will be a cookbook available, OMG the breakfast are amazing and all goes well with reindeer sausage! The location is perfect as it is a few blocks easy walk into downtown Anchorage - this is great, because any... More

We had a wonderful visit at the Wildflower Inn in Anchorage. We opted to arrive a couple of days before our guided tour began and choosing the Wildflower Inn was perfect. Our hosts were great - fun, knowledgeable and great cooks! Our rooms were ideal - plenty of room, very clean and quiet. The location was within walking distance to... More

Just returned from Anchorage and a 4 night stay at the Wildflower Inn. I can't recommend it highly enough. We stayed in the upstairs double and single suite. It is reasonably priced and the owners Larry and Allan are the perfect hosts. Home cooked breakfasts and chatting with other guests made it a fascinating stay. Also Larry was a mine... More

The last week in Alaska was at the B&B run by our hosts Larry and Allan who were just brill. The building is beautifully presented inside and out. We were greeted by Allan who showed us round and explained the history of this lovely building taking a lot of pride in what they offered and quite rightly so. The jacuzzi... More

This B&B is nicely decorated, offers a healthy full breakfast, and has friendly owners. Unfortunately the inn fronts a busy street with a stoplight on the corner. In spite of new windows to help reduce the noise and my earplugs, I was not able to fall asleep and ended up sleeping on the futon in the sitting room which is... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in July. It's in a great location not far from downtown. It's a wonderful B&B; nice, clean rooms with plenty of space. The hosts, Larry and Allan were wonderful and gave great suggestions on restaurants and activities. They were very welcoming and made staying at Wildflower Inn a real pleasure. The... More

This place was amazing. My wife and I stay in one of the apartments. The rooms and apartments are very nice. This place is very affordable, even in peak season. The couple that runs it are very nice. The breakfast was incredible. Stay here! Would definitely stay here again.
