We had booked our 3 nights at G Street over the internet before leaving Australia so weren't sure what we'd find. We were thrilled with our booking. Pam & Alan were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The location was so central (within walking distance to downtown) and we looked forward to Pam's breakfasts each morning. We would... more

This bed and breakfast was a great find. It is very conveniently located and the room was just lovely. Very comfortable. Meghan and Ted were the perfect hosts and we really appreciated that they let us check in way before time and then invited us to join them for a delicious breakfast. There is a beautiful garden in front of... more

We were in Anchorage for only one night with our 2 teenaged daughters. Our plan was to leave for a cruise the next day. As I evaluated our hotel options for Anchorage I quickly realized that hotels were very expensive, and more importantly, none of the reviews for the hotels were consistently good. We therefore decided to opt for this... more

Great location for downtown. It was an easy walk to good restaurants and shopping downtown. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The one thing we missed was not having a living room available for our use. The hosts used that room. We were able to sit in the dining room, but that is just not as homey as being... more

My husband and I just returned from our Alaska vacation, and had spent the first four nights of our stay here at the B&B, using Anchorage as a home-base for our day trips. The location was excellent (very close to downtown.) Rooms were simple, clean and comfortable - felt like my bedroom at home! Host was very accommodating and knowledgable,... more

We stayed here for 2 nights during our vacation to Alaska. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The homemade breakfast was outstanding both days. Accomodations were comfortable, clean and cozy. We arrived past 11pm both nights and the owners didn't care one bit. The location is very close to downtown. We could walk a few blocks and be right... more

We stayed two (non-consecutive) nights at this B&B and found it to be very comfortable. The location is walking distance to downtown and was easy to find. The outside of the B&B is very cute, and the rooms are adequate. The beds are comfortable, but the rooms are a bit small. The breakfasts were home-cooked and very tasty. We also... more

After the tour I had taken was over, I planned to visit a friend for a few days & really did not want to stay in a big informal hotel. As a single traveler, at times, I love the feel of a B & B. The location is terrific...away from the crowds; very close to downtown Anchorage; walking distance ,... more

We had the suite, 2 bedrooms with a connecting bathroom. It's walking distance to downtown. Pat was helpful with information on resturants and sights. Reasonably priced! more
