I will urge you not to stay here. The suite was big but dirty, and when we found that there was no hot water, the front desk simply said "there is nothing we can do." The Royal Suite Lodge.....Don't stay here ever. The rooms stink, they are dirty and the customer service is horrible. The beds are so old that they sink in the middle. The Royal Suite Lodge is one of the older hotels in Anchorage and has changed ownership many times. The building is showing a lack of maintenance, the furniture in the suit was old, there was no light in the refigrator and the bathroom was showing signs of abuse to the walls. more
