I would also avoid second the previous traveler and avoid this B & B. We had CONFIRMED reservations which we made months in advance. We were warmly welcomed at our 11pm arrival. Rooms are spacious with desks, ensuites, television and dvd/video players. There is a well appointed communal kitchenette for guest use.
