Location is a bit awkward, but it was a decent place to stay. Clean, quiet, fair price. The owner was friendly and always around, which was fine, except it seemed like he just wanted to talk and talk and talk. And a political subject came up, and he was a bit too opiniated for my taste. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL!I found them the first year by accident, and have been returning every year for 9 years.I love the grounds, the gardens, the rooms , the decor. Every year there is a new surprise, something has been added.The breakfasts are to die for, and the dining room is palatial.I highly recommend this place as your home port for all... more

I have stayed at the Aurora Winds on several occasions. Its easy for me seeing how I live in the state. It is a wonderful place with outstanding ammenities. I felt right at home immediately. We booked two nights at this inn a ocuple of years ago, based solely on the Frommers recommendation and review. What a huge disappointment.
