Since the hotel was only one block from the cruise bus drop off point, I figure it would be a very convenient place to stay. The woman working check-in, greeted me warmly and was very friendly and answered all of my questions and directed me toward my room. I got totally lost looking as the numbering system is not sequential... More

Upon our late arrival, we were not given much attention when we checked in. There was a woman at the counter, talking with the desk clerk about Bingo. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30am, got settled in our room, and after traveling for 8 hours, were fast asleep within an hour of our arrival. At 1:30 am, there was... More

Had everything I needed. I especialley enjoyed the quiet and had the pool and jacuzzi all to myself! Wonderful king size bed. Lots of tv channels to choose from. Very clean.staff friendly and helpful. Only problem was loose handle on toilet.

Excellent hotel, was running $76 nights on Travelociy the end of April so I called and booked at room. We were previously at a costlier hotel. Overall accomodations are nice. The beds are a little outdated but still fairly comfortable. The pool is really nice but very chlorinated. Staff is friendly and hotel is well maintained. We will definitely go... More

We stayed at this location for 2 nights in Mar 2014, the hotel staff was okay. I don't understand why the advertise of having breakfast when all they have is some gas station quality muffins and fruits. There is no free parking, you have option of paying $10 per day to use their parking. Room was not very clean but... More

We had reserved a non smoking room and after arriving late at night we learned they only had a smoking room. They sent us to the other extended stay a few miles away and when we arrived we learned that even tho they had called ahead and assured us they had a room upon arrival we learned they only had... This is an older review from before I trip advised. My father was in the hospital for a few weeks, so we stayed here. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The service was ok. All in all its an extended stay.

Prepare yourself for a long list of complaints. The building itself is poorly built. Floors creak, doors need to be slammed to close, the roof in the lobby was leaking, etc. Due to the shoddy workmanship, when the guests above my room walked around early in the morning (2:30am) the sounds were extremely loud and continually woke me. Likewise, the... More

I booked a month reservation on line, received a reservation confirmation with the total amount due. Very easy process and the agent was very helpful. I then called the Anchorage Downtown to have a Credit Card Authorization Release Form faxed to me. I asked the agent if their was a return number and she assured me there was. I received... More

No need for dismay if you get stuck with this on a blind bid from Priceline. It's clean, quiet, ample hot water, acceptable free internet, and the on street parking really isn't that much hassle. But if you have to pay anywhere near rack rate you'll probably be disappointed by the tiny room, crummy channel selection on the TV, surcharge... More
